William Manning returns to McGrath Double Bay

Leading Eastern Suburbs agent William Manning has rejoined McGrath Double Bay as the agency doubles down on Sydney’s prestige market.

Mr Manning’s career spans 28 years dealing in the high-end luxury market in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, nurturing extensive client relationships.

Mr Manning said his move back to the McGrath fold was an easy decision for him and his established team.

“The opportunity arose to build a very strong team and join McGrath Double Bay under the leadership of two highly esteemed operators in Craig Pontey and Michael Finger, both of whom have outstanding credibility and longevity in the top end of the prestige sector over many years,” Mr Manning said.

“Also to join forces with Luke Hogan and his team, whom I’ve had an extensive working relationship previously.

“I feel there is a real opportunity to have a focused approached to give a personalised service across every detail of a property transaction, from listing, marketing, and negotiating.”

CEO of McGrath Estate Agents, John McGrath, was excited about the reunion.

“Will Manning is undoubtedly one of the most talented prestige property agents I’ve worked with in 40 years,” Mr McGrath said.

“And with our recent partnership with Knight Frank connecting us to the best high net worth buyers in the world, it’s the perfect time for us to reunite and rejoin forces.”

Principal Craig Pontey said he’s been taken the time to recruit a team that has synergistic view of dealing with vendors to achieve the best outcome for their properties.

“Experience, energy, commitment and superior negotiation skills in a collaborative environment have been paramount in our recruitment process,” Mr Pontey said.

Mr Manning said the top end continues to show strength, citing recent high-value sales.

“Our recent experience with working with Knight Frank Private office in London is extremely inspiring,” he said.

“We are working with a number of buyers in the Ultra High Net Worth sector in the $50 to $200 million range.”
