The couple purchased the 1960s-built, 2,824-square-foot, four-bedroom property for $3.1 million USD ($4.77 million AUD) in 2020 and made several cosmetic upgrades and landscaping enhancements. The home offers stunning views of Keil Cove and Angel Island.

During their years of ownership, the couple made some cosmetic upgrades and enhanced the landscaping on the two-acre lot.

The listing photos reveal bright, beachy interiors with expansive windows framing tranquil water views. Inside, there’s a spacious kitchen, cosy living areas, and large doors opening to outdoor entertaining spaces

The new owner, Cricket Wardein of Mighty Pilates, was drawn to the property for its charm and location, later learning of its celebrity provenance. To honour the Redfords’ legacy, Wardein also acquired three paintings by Szaggars Redford for display.

The Redfords now reside in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
