The apartments, located in Lokhandwala Complex, span a total built-up area of 5,045 square feet across the 18th and 19th floors.
The sale includes a duplex apartment that fetched Rs 6.35 crore ($1.15M) alone, according to The Economic Times.
The transactions were registered this week with a cumulative stamp duty payment of Rs 84.47 lakh.
Madhu Chopra, the actor’s mother, executed the deals on Priyanka’s behalf.
This is just one of a strong of sales by the actor, who relocated to Los Angeles in 2018 after her marriage to American singer Nick Jonas.
The couple now lives there with their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
In November 2023, Chopra Jonas sold two apartments in the same locality to director and screenwriter Abhishek Chaubey for Rs 6 crore.
These ninth-floor apartments collectively measured nearly 2,300 square feet.

Earlier in April 2023, the actor also sold a commercial property in the Lokhandwala area for Rs 7 crore to a dentist couple who had previously been renting the space from her since 2021.
That office space featured 1,781 square feet of carpet area with an additional 465-square-foot terrace.
