Canadian supermodel Linda Evangelista has put her Manhattan apartment back on the market for $8.2 million, per the New York Post. She previously listed the property in May 2024 for $1.3 million above its current asking price.
Evangelista, known for her prolific modeling career throughout the 1980s and 1990s, purchased the penthouse in 2001 for $1.4 million, which is equivalent to $2.5 million today. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom loft is situated in a full-service, six-story building in the heart of Chelsea. Upon entry, guests are ushered into a bright, airy atmosphere with sky-high ceilings, large windows, and a plethora of skylights.
