Harcourts Essential upgrades to a new location

Business owners Michele Stephen and Jason Wright are moving their Harcourts Essential office to a prominent location in Salisbury, South Australia.

The Announcement:

Harcourts Essential is relocating to bigger premises to address their growth and expand their business.

Business Owners Michele Stephen and Jason Wright are moving from their small office to a large, well-known real estate office space at 74 Park Terrace, Salisbury.

The new location has been home to another family-owned real estate business for nearly 25 years.

“Michele and Jason are accepting the baton of over 2 decades of real estate business at this site and I have every confidence they will build upon this with their own style of genuine service, local care, and infectious energy,” Rachel Eckey, CEO Harcourts SA said.

Ms Stephen and Mr Wright acknowledged the contribution of the previous occupants to the local community.

“With 18 metres of street frontage, lots of passing traffic and its close proximity to schools, sporting clubs and community groups, this location will allow us to enhance our contribution to the Salisbury community and make a greater contribution professionally and philanthropically,” they said.

The new office will undergo minor refurbishments before opening on September 2, with fresh paint, changes to the reception area, and some furniture rearrangement.

Mr Wright emphasised the benefits of the new space for their team and clients.

“With lots of room for growth and the ability to provide real support to our team members with the use of private spaces, we are determined to demonstrate to the community that Harcourts Essential will continue to help them with their property dreams for many years to come,” he said.

“We love that we have private meeting rooms to chat with clients. And we will have a great boardroom so we can plan our exciting new future,” Ms Stephen said.

The move comes after their Mawson Lakes location was affected by significant water damage in early 2023, making their current location a temporary solution.

“It’s rare that a site of this calibre and suitability is available,” the pair said.

“We knew immediately that we had found our forever home.”
