It’s been a busy month for Keke Palmer, who is currently promoting the release of her forthcoming book, Master of Me. The memoir drops on November 19, which is also the date that her book tour kicks off in New York. But perhaps she’s not spending too much time in the Big Apple these days—at least, not enough to warrant hanging on to her Brooklyn pad. The actor has listed her Williamsburg penthouse apartment for $2.99 million.
The home, which Palmer bought in 2020 for $2.35 million, is situated in a luxe nine-story building that was freshly completed when the Alice star made the purchase. The residence spans just under 1,500 square feet and offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two terraces.
Its sleek kitchen is complete with custom oak cabinetry as well as a sprawling marble peninsula with a waterfall edge and a matching backsplash. Windows line the primary suite, which boasts a walk-in closet and an all-white bathroom outfitted with a double-sink vanity and a glass-walled shower. Master of Me is the second book by Palmer, who published I Don’t Belong to You: Quiet the Noise and Find Your Voice in 2017. She lives primarily in Los Angeles, where she owns a Mediterranean-style dwelling that she bought in 2021 for $1.4 million. That home is also a three-bedroom and three-bathroom property, though it offers a bit more space than her Brooklyn digs at 2,600 square feet. Her LA residence also features a small yard complete with a patio, a barbecue area, and a hot tub.
